As we enter the last quarter of 2024, we are excited to share our heartfelt mission with you. We are preparing to enroll our first cohort of 10 Deaf girls for a Dressmaking and Tailoring course, equipping them for careers in the fashion and uniform industry. This initiative is born out of the pressing need for skills training among Deaf individuals, a need that has been on our hearts and which we plan to expand to other courses in the future.

Despite our deep commitment, we have faced significant challenges in securing the necessary funding to meet the training needs, boarding, and meals facilitation, along with all the costs involved in hosting and running a Deaf TVET that meets all Deaf education needs. We have been cautious about opening our doors, but we now realize that there will never be a perfect time or preparation that will make us feel completely ready to start.

Guided by the wisdom of Luke 10:2, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few," we understand the dire needs of the Deaf community. The Deaf community is looking up to us to co-design a solution that breaks down the cycle of exclusion and poverty, and we feel a divine calling to be laborers of love in this endeavor.

We are reaching out to you, opening our doors and hearts, seeking your support to make this dream a reality. We cannot do this on our own. Your sponsorship can help us provide the necessary resources and create a nurturing environment where these Deaf girls can thrive and develop valuable skills for their future.
